A hot art wet city interview

   Rising star Ilya Viryachev,  who was born in Almaty, Kazakhstan and immigrated at a young age to Vancouver, is nothing short of busy. Everything from traditional painting, art installations, murals, and being involved in the local art community. Ilya spends countless hours creating piece after piece.

Ilya worked as an animator on multiple TV shows and later transitioned into Concept Art field. He is currently working at a game studio. His work is a delicate blend of traditional techniques and the discipline gained from the animation industry.
